Primeday来了,各位今天卖得怎样!流量噌噌往上冲,订单噌噌往上涨吧!在这一年一度的大日子,可不能光顾着卖,还得让买家及时留评。好评上来了,节后我们的店铺和Listing还能再上一个台阶!Feedback & Review是直接带来订单的利器,但是怎样索要好评却是一门技术活,掌握好规律,保证让买家们能服服贴贴的给卖家 feedback 和 review。


一、邮件发送时间点是提升留评率关键

 


二、抓住买家开启邮件黄金时间


通过数据发现,电邮发出去23.63%的收件者会一小时之内打开,9.52%的收件者会在两小内打开,三小时和四小时数据就会下降相当明显。如果邮件在当天发送没有开启,收件者隔天开启率将会接近零。


三、跟进邮件的5个注意事项


或许能让卖家邮件受欢迎,而不是快速地扔进垃圾箱里。


1、不要只要求消费者给好评

亚马逊明言禁止卖家教唆消费者给好评,也就意味着卖家不能说:“If you love your new widget, leave us a review(如果你喜欢产品的话,给我们留个好评)”,或者是“Please leave a 5-star review by clicking this link(请点击此链接给我们5星好评)”之类的话语。此类语句暗示消费者对产品进行评论。


亚马逊想让消费者自由留下好评、差评或中评,以及任何关于卖家产品和体验的内容。


2、不要暗示评论应该说什么

亚马逊会将此视为操控买家评论。使用“Tell us why you love your widget so much(告诉我们你喜欢产品的原因)”、“List the 5 things you like best about your widget(关于产品你最喜欢的5个地方)”或是“Tell us how your widget has improved your life(产品如何让你的生活更方便)”等暗示语句的,将被视为违反平台规则。


3、不要要求促销产品买家留评论

如果卖家进行促销,不要要求使用折扣或优惠券的买家评论。亚马逊可能会误以为卖家用折扣换取评论,这时卖家产品listing可能被下架。


4、不要追加销售

不管卖家想在邮件中将流量引到自己网站还是其他亚马逊产品页,都不要放链接,除非是让消费者留评论的地址链接。

卖家也不能追加销售,指导买家下载视频或音乐等。


5、要提供额外的客服服务

亚马逊邮件系统的目的是为了提供良好的客服支持,因此卖家要给消费者提供有用的东西。


不要发邮件通知消费者产品已经发出,也不要发邮件给消费者索要评论,这些亚马逊已经都做了。如果你想联系买家,那么就发一些对他们有用的内容。但不能是奖励或免费赠品,而是一些能让他们在购买产品后,能帮助提升使用体验的信息。

亚马逊禁止奖励性评论,阻止卖家操控产品评论,所以一定要注意,邮件内容千万不能出现违规字眼,否则收到亚马逊警告信,关了店铺哭都没地方哭。取评论最佳的时机点是在FBA发货到送达后7天左右,一定要注意时机。
